Production Associate

Production Associates will safely and efficiently operate a variety of production equipment including flame laminators, trimmer machines, rolling tables, saws, and packing equipment. The production associates will be responsible for assembling and packaging parts as needed. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, very detail oriented and have a desire to exceed daily goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assemble items as to meet scheduled deadlines
  • Lift materials up to 75 lbs.
  • Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators
  • Complete tasks safely and efficiently with the highest level of quality in mind
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities
  • Follow all company rules and policies
  • Follow all safety rules and quality standards
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation with coworkers, customers, collaborators, vendors and management
  • Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Handle any additional tasks as may be assigned by the floor supervisor and/or shift leader
  • Pay – $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
SCHEDULE
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Thursday 7 AM – 4:45 PM and Friday 7 AM – 11 AM

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will oversee managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. We are looking for a results-driven sales manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. This is a fast-paced job that requires drive, discipline, and independence to remain focused on creating value while getting the job done.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field 
  • OR Comparable record of sales leadership experience required. Proven track record of positive sales performance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Three to five years of sales experience.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be knowledgeable about the product.
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
  • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
  • Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
  • Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Pay – $67,608.00 – $79,812.00 per year
  • Supplemental Pay Types – Bonus Pay, Commission Pay and Yearly Bonus
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Creating and implementing a sales plan
  • Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
  • Analyzing sales data
  • Presentation skills
  • Developing budgets
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
